I used to enjoy Halloween and loved getting dressed up. My daughter did as well. But now that we know and understand what it really is we do not participate in it in any way. I urge you to watch the video below that my dear brother in Christ, Yahushua Selah shared with me. Halloween may not be evil or bad to you, but if you are a professing believer of Jesus Christ and love your God with all your heart, mind and soul then you should care about what He thinks about it and if it pleasing to Him. Does it glorify God, the one who created you and sent His only son to die and shed His blood for the remission of YOUR sins? Does He not tell us in His word we are not supposed to take something unholy and call it holy? History is important. The true meaning behind something and why it was created is important. Teaching this also to your children and setting an example for them of how to be set apart is important.
