I used to have a few of these kitties faithfully come to my porch in Summer for that fresh cold water and food, in Winter for that warmed bowl of water, milk, and food. The food I added a bit extra vitamins and gravy to in hopes theyd survive the Winter. God I had a few favorites, loved them all but those specials were just that my special visitors. Many a night they slept on my cushioned porch furniture or in boxes behind the chairs to keep warm. Then they were gone, some thought animal control got them but sadly wasnt so. Discovered someone who hated cats, hated seeing them and hated fact his wife snuck treats to them, well many here are sure he caused their demise. Yes we found their bodies poor babies. My very favorite I named Sylvester since he was big and really looked like that cartoon character came here and passed alone under my RV. Had I known he was ill Id have rushed him to emergency care. Ill never forget my Sylvester, my sweet boy who was always first to visit me, who once in a while allowed me to give him a pet.
