I used to think it was great in NC when deer came in the yard at night. Now here in Texas the animals go where they please lol. I have seen deer, foxes, dogs, cats, rabbits all within a stone throw of the camper. Oh and lets not forget the local bobcat- that walks by the door- Sallie growls at it and it snarls back. Lots and lots of cows and long horn bulls, local pigs and chickens. Boy country livin is grand. And we are just on the edge of town- population around 3000. We are loving it though. We miss everyone in NC. Oh for those in NC when it rains and its gets muddy you are all blessed- here it rains and the dirt becomes sludge- some call it black gumbo and it can suck your boots off lol- yuk. Take care.
