I used to think that there was an ocean outside my room with tides just waiting to engulf me whole. That was until I decided its better to drown in a beautiful abyss, opposed to letting life pass me by in fear. Running away from the things that hurt us, or turning to meaningless escapes doesnt change a thing in our hearts, we have to face life and know that even when the people we care about the most leave us, we are NEVER alone, we always have ourselves in the end. So swim in uncharted waters, let yourself drown for a while, just dont hide from it, because thats not living, thats death in life and I see that now, so stop lying to yourself, stop hiding, just embrace shitty times and be happy through everything, youre alive!
