I usually dont document my day on here but I just called 911 on the way to work this morning. Traffic was brutal but moving faster than I expected. I glanced over to my left and saw an elderly gentleman standing there looking into oncoming traffic in the far left lane looking a little confused/concerned. Not much further south I saw his truck broken down with a flat tire on the left hand shoulder. NOT GOOD. I hope the police show up quickly and help him before someone runs over him and/or his truck. My first concern was him thinking he could cross 4 lanes of traffice moving 80 mph or more!!!
