I usually like to keep my Facebook posts light and happy but just wanted to share this experience. We cut our weekend trip short due to a car accident. I say accident but I feel there should be another name for it. We were rear ended by a drunk driver. This was the drivers THIRD DUI!!! We were extremely lucky. All three of us were wearing our seatbelts and we we were able to walk away with just headaches and lingering shoulder and neck pain. What if my mom had been in the car?? I had asked and asked her to go. What if Toris neck pain turns into something more serious? It just makes me so mad that a person thought so little of the lives of innocent people that they got behind the wheel of a vehicle after drinking!! Please, I am begging you, if you drink have a designated driver or call a friend for a ride!
