Supplements I consider important for intra workout: EAA for recovery and instant rebuilding of tissue. Maltodextrin to fuel your workout, but more importantly your next workout by filling your muscles with good carbs. I personally think this is a great supplement if youre on low carbs A Complete/prime protein to make sure all your amino acids are in good amounts for recovery and growth. A lot of water to aid transportation and keep you hydrated. With the aid of Vit C for absorption, water is the transport system that your supplements need to arrive and fill your muscles. GENERALLY speaking, I associate exercise with muscle development and nutrition with fat loss.
