I usually try not to put my personal business up here on FB. But today marks the two year anniversary for when i woke up from a 2 1/2 week coma. I thank God everyday that he woke me up. Right when they was about to put a feeding tube in my stomach and a hole in my throat some told the doctor to turn the life support machine off one last time to see if i would breath on my own. By the grace of God I woke up and got a second chance in life. At the time I weighed in at 534 lbs and had no chance of survival. But through great doctors and modern medicine i made it through. Not a day goes by that I dont think the coma. It was surely a wake up call for me to live a healthier lifestyle and enjoy life day by day. Im not perfect nor trying to be. I still have some mental and physical effects from the ordeal two years later. But overall going through this is the best thing that ever happened to me in my life.
