I usually wouldnt say anything because I dont like to crush - TopicsExpress

I usually wouldnt say anything because I dont like to crush peoples hopes, but I saw like three posts about it just from scrolling today so I feel I have to touch on it at least once time. If you see some Facebook page that says something like, Were giving away a car/a million dollars/a getaway trip if you like the page and share and like the post, yeah, thats not real. I know its wishful thinking, but come on. Warren Buffett isnt even generous enough to give a million dollars to some random Facebook user. But people have won before! There are articles everywhere with winners! Yeah, a common thing people do in real life: TELL YOU LIIIIIES! The objective of those types of post are to attract attention to the page. Once the page has enough likes, Facebook sees an opportunity to BUY the page from whoever runs it and spam it to hell. These dudes are literally getting paid for people being gullible. So sorry to ruin your Christmas, but no, that fake Mercedes page is not gonna give you a free Benz if you comment what color you want and like their page, and no, that fake celebrity page isnt giving away a million dollars if you like the page and comment your favorite fruit.
