I´ve always looked at being called a hippie an insulting and derogatory label. It puts an image in peoples head that eventually limits the one being accused. Traveling around, nice people call me this with a loving heart meaning nothing rude by it. I usually correct them a little (as a red head being called a ginger would), but over time I´ve been kinda just going with it. I realize now its meaning is entirely dependent or the one using it. I DO HATE LABELS. I am Andrew. beyond this- I am a soul with nothing attached to it especially names, words and physical representations. I do love trees. I love organic food. I talk about love all the time. Usually im barefoot. I dont agree with war. I practice yoga.. I dont have dreads or wear rasta colors. HAHAHH i love this planet. I love funny people. If someone thinks being ¨me ¨ is a ¨Hippie¨ ...... well, thats their own problem to work out.
