I´ve been absent from facebook for a while. Some time ago I went to a week´s line dance course in Öland. After the course was over, I stayed on the island for another 5 weeks (it was not planned) during the time I lived simply in a little cabin (friggebod)......thanks to my good friends Gösta and Inger Torreld. I used the time to do a sort of rehab or if you like a retreat.....every day I did yoga,chi gong, stretching,stav gång,cycling.....some magic days.........blue sky,pine woods, the beach with a view over Blåjungfru. No computer.....so no facebook,in fact the only contact with the outside world was my mobile phone. Anyway I´m back in Uppsala.......if you have tried to contact me, then you know why there was no reply from me.
