I visited Pat Bradstreet today at church (aka - stormed her office in an elevated blood pressure state) and recommended that Centerpoint should at the very least find a new space for the thriving program. I asked if Jeff Porte could send an e-mail to his pastor friends about housing the pre-school program. Her response was that the numbers were down this year. She shot down every option that I brought up, but said she would bring my concerns to the executive team. (yea - right) Talking to Pat is a like a brick wall, but I would encourage others to express hurt feelings on how the decision was made. Who led the meeting that you guys went to? The church hasnt even voted on the remodel and Pat is already planning construction. I mean Sell all the expensive work-out equipment that NO ONE is using and put pre-school at the POINT. But, apparently that is ridiculous for me to think that way. Feeling DONE with Centerpoint. Looking for a new church family with a childrens choir for a Kindergartener who loves to sing. Any suggestions?
