I walk into a salon to have my hair repaired. I walk out 3 hours later and $190 dollars poorer with my hair falling out and looking like a old lady. They left me with a sample of hair repair. I called the salon to ask for my money back (at the request of everyone that saw me on the street) but they said the technician had to have used the product improperly to reimburse me and that she had 32 years of expertise!!! I then go to another salon and they say there is nothing that they can do to help me for a few months, they did such a butcher job that my hair would not even hold a low light. They asked if bleached was dumped on my head. I have been offered three hats so far from friends! I am in shock and livid with Magnas! Shame on you and you should give me my money back at least!!!
