I walked for two and a half hours today. I came back so tired adn I went straight to bed. These walks are not just walks, they are a classroom. As I move closer to the day of my climb, l am becoming aware of the voice of the teacher within. I can only share a summary of the conversations, I hope they will help you as well. Today we discussed the following: habits - can you think of one habit that holds you back? If you can solve that one, your life will change for the better. My answer: Procrastination. Next question, if you are aware that your habit is holding you back and it is causing you discomfort or suffering but you hold on to it, what is your reason? Answer: I harbour hidden fear of being rewarded abundantly for living my purpose. Next lesson: what do you invest your time on? What you see in your life is proportional to the amount of time you spent on whatever it is that you spent most of your time on. This is also tied to your habits. Conclusion: Pay attention to detail. Keep a record of these conversations. Your life will certainly change, if you want it to.
