I walked into eye level to have Amelia tested for reading. Looking at tutors. The teacher is super nice. Then walks in director and I get the worst vibe from him. He asks me what school she goes to, I say mine. He says he doesnt understand. I say I hs. He says you knows Hayes overs a lot of special needs help. No they didnt offer it for her they out her in a class with ds and aspie kids, severe level, and she just needed speech. They do not separate special needs level until 2nd. So then he says well Pine Mountain is great for special needs. I say know. They discarded my so when he is 3 grades below reading level and 5 grades below writing level. They told him other kids were wires and that they didnt have the funding. He also got severely bullied. He got offended and said well Im not going to argue with you, I work over there now and its great. I did not say this, but then why were their two serious fights last year where kids were hospitalized? Why was my son choked out on the bus, why did the vp tell me they have anti bully seminars every month bc they know it is so bad. I just have a feeling he is one of those asses who will disregard my feelings and might push ps on Amelia. This is the owner. I like the teacher though.
