It is hard work. I am on preparation. Ive just been working out for almost 5 months so theres not much enough muscle separation and development going there. I am still working on it and keep doing what I have to do. There is no really rush but I know when is my plan to compete. It is important for me to know when I am ready to step on that stage, get oiled, pose and shows off all my hard work.
