I wanna take a minute to go over a few things about the 2015 Thrust Innovations Freeride. Due to operating costs I am going to have to raise the price of admission. I have never had to raise the cost before and after 10 years things have gotten much more expensive to operate. I feel a $10 increase is a fair amount for 4 days of riding. Actually its very cheap. Go to a MX track and you pay that per day. Anyway, I hate to increase the cost, but its got to happen in order for me to put it on and grow the event. $40 for 4 days of riding = one ski, one rider. Each additional ski per rider is $10. example: you bring two skis to ride its $50, you bring one ski its $40. VERY IMPORTANT: Every ski will have a sticker on it if its on the sand this year. No skis that are not registered will be allowed on beach at all anymore. Too many people poaching and Im trying to keep that to a minimum since liability is always an issue. I will have the same setup as last year. I will have two people signing people in and registering them on the beach behind the Grand Seas Resort. I will also have people on either side of the zone checking in. Please check in as you are entering event. Its easier for everyone and makes things more fluid.
