I want tell my story about my experience with our local Titus Will chevy dealership. I went in a year ago for a all wheel drive (AWD) family vehicle. The salesman led me to believe that the truck I chose to keep my family safe was equipped with all wheel drive. I found out last month that it is not an awd truck. I asked the dealership to make this right and they offered to sell me another truck, with a loss of 5k from my first truck that would be added on to the truck I had supposedly purchased a year ago. And they proceeded to tell me that I was confused while selecting a truck. I spent months researching my new family truck. I trusted the salesman, bad idea. So now Im stuck with a 20k truck that will not keep my family safe when we have to get to the UW hospital this winter. I can only hope and pray we can make it safely. CONSUMER BEWARE!!!! When you dealing with TITUS WILL of CHEHALIS. If you cant visually verify every feature on the car dont even look at paperwork until you do. Stay proactive out there guys! I dont want to see anyone else worked out of your hard earned money. And needlessly have your family put at risk.
