I want to THANK YOU ALL for coming to my birthday party today!!!! You all really know how to make a girl feel special. I am completely blown away and loved reading each message. I was thinking today that for the last three years I was away on mission trips for my birthday and I always felt I was spending it the way I was created to spend my life. I LOVED it! This year I had to back out of the foreign mission trip for a few different reasons and was disappointed for just a bit. I was thinking today that the mission hasnt changed just the location as this year I was preparing for our local team to serve our Adopt A Block residents this Saturday. I cant tell you what a feeling it is when you are operating in your purpose. Man, what a blessing!! I had other blessings today! My mom baked cherry/oatmeal cookies, yum! I got some very beautiful flowers delivered from Rob Rule that brightened my day! And then my sweet friend/sister in Christ, friend for waaaayyy back Monica Zoratti Schick treated me to a special night at her home with a delicious, gluten free picture pretty pizza, a bag of snow peas(!) (love), chocolates, and her daughter gave me a beautiful necklace! Great conversation, prayers, laughter, love AND she drove me to Gordons to finish the shopping for Saturday!! I love her and her heart!!! And to think for a moment today I wondered what it would be like to be independently wealthy......nah, dont need it! I am a totally rich blessed woman!! Thank you friends
