I want to add this in, a lot of our friends that have supported us has come as a shock, a lot of our friends that donated to us being with Jensyn for Christmas has also shocked us! In a great way, old highschool friends, people from Marks work. I cant describe how amazing it is to see all of our friends coming together to make this happen for us! And for donating money to help us buy Christmas presents for our other 3 children! I cant begin to express our gratitude! Before Jensyn was born we had everything planned out! Mark was working 90-100 hours a week bc its the one time of year they are guaranteed overtime, that was going to be our Christmas money, we were going to use our tax money to get a safe 3rd row vehicle bc as i have said before, the only one we have is wrecked and we dont have enough seats for our children. We were gonna buy everything we needed for Jen then as well bc she was due one week after when we should get our taxes, we were gonna go on one last date before she was here on our anniversary which was also our due date. Thats the funny thing about life, it doesnt care about your plans, your money or lack there of, or your circumstances. & who knows, maybe if my dr had LISTENED to me and did a simple ultrasound maybe i would still be pregnant. With my husband having to take unpaid LOA that left us with no paycheck for rent, for utilities, for food, certainly no money for gas, lodging, and even more certainly no money to buy christmas presents for our children. Which we know Christmas isnt about presents, weve always taught our children that! But thanks to the donations, even the 5 dollar donations we were able to pay rent, keep our utilities on for this month, travel back and forth to see Jen, weve been trying to save money by sleeping in the hospital or sleeping in our car if there were no chair beds left at the hospital which yea it was uncomfortable and got cold but that saved us 80 bucks a night! (RMH is not an option for us) hopefully enough to buy some christmas presents but our main priority right now is finding a way to make sure we see all 4 kids on christmas. We have to take it two weeks at a time when it comes to donations and bills and seeing Jen. Hopefully after this month we can figure out next month when the bill cycle starts again. Our life seems like it has frozen in time esp with Jensyn being stable one day and unstable the next! With our lives freezing, the calls still dont stop. And its 3 months of this and God knows how much her continued care will be with time off work to go to appointments and therapys and how far we have to travel for those appointments.. but what i do know is i turned it over to God! I gave him all of our worries! And he is providing!! We were able to keep everything this month and see Jensyn bc of the generosity of the donors! I know we will figure out christmas and christmas presents bc that is also in Gods hands! We were making it before this but we were living pay check to pay check with me being on bed rest, and when even just one paycheck stops you get behind and its hard to catch up! Thanks to you guys we are making it!!! Thank you from the bottom of my heart and soul! God will bless you immensley for helping those in need that is the true Christmas spirit!
