I want to encourage all young men that think that being in the streets is cool to please change that mindset and mentality. The things you do now can effect you 10 years down the road. Trust me. In 2006 I did some things my senior year that landed me on Kansas Most Wanted List. Got a couple of charges and they are haunting me to this very day. Now 8 years later it pops up on my background check. Im out looking for a job and they dont care that Ive been to college, turned my life around and run my own successful organization......... The answer is always NO!!!! I even got hired twice then my background check came in and they said sorry but we have to withdraw our offer!!! Dont learn from your own experiences learn from mines. Let me be your example. For now I just have to trust God to send another job my way!!!! Gotta keep the faith!!! I know something is gonna come!!!
