I want to end tonight with a serious note. If there is one thing that I can say I have a preternatural understanding of, its elections. My prediction for the mayoral election, is that Michael Estes is going to win, very likely in a landslide. If I am wrong about this, it will be the first time in almost 10 years that an election result has surprised me. But it doesnt have to be this way. YOU can save our city from the embarrassment of an Estes victory. So tomorrow vote! Vote Lundy for Mayor of Traverse City or homeless George, or that stodgy old dude that doesnt seem to have a phone but is still on the ballot. Just not Estes, seriously.
