I want to give a big shout out to a very special woman on such a big day in her life and her business. Shona Bare House is one incredible woman. No one really knows the hard work she puts in being a single, widowed mother. Sometimes she is up for 24-48 hours straight on big weekends getting cakes done for all her customers. A cake you think is no big deal really takes hours. Believe me I know…I have put many together myself. Today she is undertaking her BIGGEST event to date and I know she has a great supporting cast behind her. I did a lot of behind the scenes stuff to get it moving and coordinated. Landon is going to be one heck of an on site coordinator as he put together a great execution plan. Justin going to provide the muscles and emotional support. He will give his momma plenty of support with several hugs and kisses as he says I love you mom . Other family members helping along with a cast from UT Culinary Institute. She will ROCK Dr Calendine and Katies wedding and reception today….she has been planning all week long and agonizing that is be absolutely perfect. She will pull it off I know!!!!! Shona is one heck of a remarkable woman who does more than anyone will ever know. She is a Mother, teacher, bus driver (bless her heart for the stuff she puts up with there), Baker, designer, decorator, dish washer, home make, missionary, you name it….she does it. So when you see her all frazzled and hair a mess…know that she is kicking butt and taking names. She is a woman I love dearly and proud of everything she does not only for me but others. So today I send a big should out and saying a very special prayer for support and strength for today! CARRY ON SOLIDER SHONA!!!! STAND PROUD AND STRONG!!!!
