I want to give a compliment to the Wendys on East side. I have never had a problem with getting the right food there in a timely manner. Specifically, though, yesterday around noon my elderly grandmother and I stopped in for lunch. The lady at the counter was one of the best fast food employees Ive seen! She was very friendly and patient with figuring out what my grandmother meant while ordering. She made helpful suggestions and made sure my grandma got the senior discount even though she didnt ask for it. I didnt see a name tag, but she had brownish hair that was in a braid under her cap. It was a breath of fresh air to see a fast food employee who cares about doing a good job and providing customer satisfaction! So thank you!
