I want to give a shout out to God for providing us with the greatest pediatrician in the world, Dr. Lawrence Handwork, CHPA Fairlawn. OMGoodness guys. This man is so understanding, aware, and loving. He is great with the kids. All of the kids respect and trust him. We found Dr. Handwork by accident really. When Easton was born he was 6 weeks early, with lung complications, Jaundice, his little testicle was missing, and he was quite huge at 9lbs. due to pre-eclampsia and gestational diabetes. If he had been born full term he wouldve been 14lbs. easily. Dr. Handwork was his attending doctor at Akron General, and he handled Easton with great care. Even though we attended Barberton CHPA for years, I never liked their service, so when we found out Dr. Handwork was part of the CHPA Affiliation Trav and I jumped right on getting every child to his practice. Best decision we made. I have no one else to give credit to, but the Lord. Thanks to the Lord giving us Dr. Handwork Easton is a 25 lbs. ball of pure baby bliss. Dr. Handwork helped us get Micky to the right places to treat her depression, WITHOUT pushing medication. He had me call him every week with an update on her, and he was sincere with her treatment. Now that is a medicinal blessing. Its easy to forget yourself in the blunder and pressure of the politics in the medical and insurance world. Dr. Handwork has maintained his integrity. God love him for it. Thank you Jesus for always providing and being the answer!
