I want to give thanks to the Father and the Lord Jesus for this afternoon. I was on my way home driving north on 75 and I began passing a line of vehicles when I heard a noise coming from my truck. I was not sure what it was but I made my way back to the right-hand lane believing I should take the next exit. I noticed it was very difficult to steer my truck. I was able to pull into the parking lot nearby. By this time, my temperature gauge had shot up, the battery light came on, and steering was very difficult. All of this was due to a broken drive belt. I called Misty so she could come pick me up. I told her when she got close, to call me back and I would give her exact directions. Before she was able to call, my phone suddenly shut off. I had been praying, but I began to say, Thank you Jesus that you were made a curse for me. I tried to turn my phone back on and it finally did. Thank God! I was able to get a new drive belt and put it on my truck. At one point I needed a tool that I did not have. I went back to the parts store to make another purchase. When I got to the counter I was told they could loan me the tool I needed and it would not cost me anything as long as I returned it. Thank God Im up and running and I can return the tool at the part store around the corner from the church in the morning.
