I want to harangue about the ignominious youth of this country when it comes to knowing their African history the inevitable veracity is that our youth look up to western icons not because they want to but because they know more about them and less about African leaders when you start speaking of great leaders like hails sellasie and kwame Nkrumah who established the now called African union the youth start asking who are those people but when you speak of martin Luther king,Malcom x,Joseph Franklin they dart saying those were great men the youth of today is rather becoming retrograde about the history of Africa and really it hurts when they do not know of the people that fought colonization in Africa but know people like Margaret Thatcher samora machel,Patrice lumumba,moise ntsombe,julious nyerere are one of the greatest leaders but when the person rather praised is mandela sometimes I feel like the youth is fascist because of their ignorance on African history torment is coming to the youth because in order to know where you going you need to know where you come from
