I want to make a shout out to Andover Dillons employees Harley, Austin, & Spencer although I know they may never know because theyre not my Facebook friends. Lol. I just left Dillons with a smile on my face because of the exceptional customer service and friendliness of those three young men. Their genuine friendliness made my day. I called the store manager after my visit to their store today to recognize those three employees as they are doing an exceptional job in customer service. As you can imagine, when the manager got on the phone she was friendly but apprehensive and expecting to hear some negativity. She said my comments gave her chills and that they were working very hard on their friendliness and I told her it shows and to keep up the good work! My point here is to focus on the positives and minimize the negatives!
