I want to make one thing perfectly clear, I have and will always love Country music. It is what got me so involved in music early in my life along with gospel music and for that I owe everything to that genre. I love it more than any other style which is why it saddens me to share this video but I think it needs to be shared time and time again so people like myself get the message across that we are sick and tired of hearing the same crappy, repetitive, dirt road driving, back seat riding, beer drinking songs that are played continously on country music radio. This is not what the greats of this industry strived for to make this into a mainstream success. Somewhere along the way record labels and artists have sold out for a more poppy sound and it is NOT what made this music so great back in the hay days of George Jones, George Strait, and Randy Travis to name a few. Country singers today need to be ashamed they have allowed out once great genre to become so bland that even people who grow up loving it are calling you out on your BS. Sincerely, A concerned fan!
