I want to put this out there. I posted about how the revolution started and how it was about the currency Act of 1764 not about a tax on tea like the public schools tell our children. I was challenged once by someone arguing that i left out the currency act of 1751. This was true but I would like to use this as an opportunity to show everyone how our history has been twisted but using history itself you always find the truth. If you look up the currency act of 1751 under Wiki. it will state that we printed more money then what was being taxed due to the French Indian war causing inflation. That is straight from Wikipedia. Sound like a good answer??? If you look into the period at the time, the people never saw that at all. We were in an age of prosperity despite the war. Which by the way, at the time were fighting for England.
