I want to recommend a very important documentary called "Tapped." I saw it this week. Much of our bottled water in America is killing us! I love water and drink it like a fish, sometimes even a gallon of distilled water in a day. Watching this, though, alarmed me about how dangerous some of the bottled water is, including the plastic containers. There is no regulation. (We cannot trust the FDA!) We are better off drinking tapped water, and here in NYC most restaurants have filtered water, which is safer...The bottled water owned by Coke and Nestle (Aquafina, Polar Springs) has been tested to have gas in it! It can cause cancer and birth defects...If anyone has Netflix, watch the documentary "Tapped"...
