I want to say a Big THANK YOU To Suburban Propane! Heres Why.... About 8 months ago (end of July, Beginning of August).... We, here at the house, ran out of Propane. AmeriGas, took 2 weeks to deliver! I notified them that My Mom & Uncle are both handicapped & are in wheelchairs and no propane ment No Hot Water to bathe & Clean house and No stove to prepare food! Their response was...THE DRIVER WILL DELIVER IT WHEN HE GETS AROUND TO IT!!!! ~~~fast forward to present~~~AmeriGas has been bought out by ProFlame...They wont break up the propane bill into 3 payments... They want the whole $600 IN ADVANCE!!! As we were out of propane YET AGAIN.....SUBURBAN PROPANE TO THE RESCUE!! They came out and hooked up an emergency 10 gallon tank, till the driver could get here this afternoon to fill the large tank!!! THANK YOU SO SO VERY MUCH!!! YOUR GRATITUTE, GENEROSITY, CUSTOMER SERVICE AND HUMANITY IS GREATLY, GREATLY APPRECIATED!!!!!!!!!!
