I want to see full loop reports where people were arrested and convicted and served time. As it is we see arrest reports but never the conclusion. Was it a good arrest? Did they get the correct person? Did the arrest lead to a conviction that ended in the person serving time? An arrest with all charges dropped is something I want to see, that is worth more looking into. Ever read about the guy that was arrested over 100 times for going to work? Arrested that many times but all charges dropped. The police were padding their arrest numbers. They even arrested the store owner.
