I want to send a shout out about my son, Alejandro Gomez. He has been the best son a mother could ever have. I am beyond proud of the man he has become. Over the years, he has helped me to do all of the difficult and yucky chores that I didnt want to do or couldnt do. He has dug untold items out of the garbage disposal, shoveled tons of snow, dug up half my yard in three different houses for new flower beds, planted trees, repaired concrete, hauled rock salt up and down stairs, trapped mice, ripped out 40 year old moldy carpeting and hauled it to the dump, built countless items from ikea, carted his sisters all around town at their whim, hung curtain rods, scraped off miles of wallpaper, repaired concrete steps, lovingly cared for three demon dogs, had a job since he was 14 years old and has earned his own spending money. He has packed up and moved to a new house four times. All without complaint. Im feeling grateful and blessed that Alex is my son. He is amazing. I want the world to know it.
