I want to share a situation I recently went through .I have a great jod and understanding co workers however recently one of my co workers was exited with the news that she just found out she is going to be a grandparent for the first time as you could see the exitment in her face my heart started to hurt .Not wanting to show her my hurt I congragulated her but only thinking inside of me how I will never have the same joy with my daughter .I am very happy for her and did not want for a second to take her sunshine away ,but it left my heart heavy and thinking of ALL the "moments " I am going to miss out on and of course the dreams my beloved daughter had. See grief does not just take away your loved one and does not have a time frame . As your lost loved one would had graduated,married and became a parent it takes us back to a whole new stage of grief. Please feel free to share a simiular moment .Thanks and God bless
