I want to share this because I am so open and honest in my recovery. As everyone already knows my whole spine is fused with titanium rods which you can see my x-rays at hope-and-faith.org. I live in New Jersey and the outside temp is in the 30s. My point is this, I am human and for the first time in 15 months with the cold air I had a pain in my neck no punt intended if I had a Perk I would of took it. This was the first time in 15 months in my recovery were I had pain that the ibuprofen needed a little boost. The important thing is I was able to use what I have learned and continue to learn like, I took a hot shower to stay loose and I kept active instead of laying around and the big one of I stayed positive and no stiknin thinking and the pain went away. I did need that nasty pain pill to make it all better for a while. I used a way that made the pain stay away with out the chance of a relapse. If I can do this world anyone can.
