I want to share this with a few corrections. The original poster is calling this the Perce National Forest, it is actually the Nez Perce National Forest. Second, this wolf is not waiting for death in the blood of its fellows - it is in a leg hold trap, on a chain, and it has been in that trap long enough to lose that much blood while it circles and circles, trying to escape. I dont know the man in the picture, Butch Bransford, and I might want him fired, but the bigger issue is that leg hold traps ought to be banned.
