I want to share with you one of the first posts Evie put on this page when she set it up. This was written 4 days before she took her life: I set out with the thought if this can impact just one person then Ill have made a difference. Im amazed by the response so far, so thank you. I hope that it has given you some reassurance that youre not alone and that there are people who do care and who do want to break the stigma. 1 in 4 of us will experience some kind of mental health problem during the course of a year. Id say that statistic alone says more than I ever can. It is common and it is a problem and it is real. Dont be embarrassed or ashamed by it. Lets do something about the stereotyping and keep spreading awareness. Thanks again folks, E x Well Evie Dee you have made an impact on so many lives!
