Kareem ensures each and every project he pursues in the Urban Core reflects the dignity of the person by providing quality amenities and product features that will rock the Affordable Housing world. Instead asking “Why, can’t the Urban Core have nice “things”; his response is “Why not!” You want Granite counter-tops, spacious living quarters and computer centers? Done! Of course, he can’t provide Bal Harbour amenities at Skid Rowe prices. He has to establish strike a balance somewhere. In his case, it’s more about the providing the resident with luxuries and comforts of Home that anyone would want to reside in regardless of their income level. #30daysofchangemiami
