I want to start training for the full marathon, so a durable and cosy pair of shoes is necessary. How about the shoes? I bought this pair of Nike Free shoes in the shop bit.ly/1qXIauX a couple of weeks ago. The shoes in this shop are much cheaper and I plan to order one more pair of Nike Free shoes from this shop. Well, of course, training in any footwear is never without some risk of injury, so we should have a scientific training. :)
