You told the PDP Caucus that the Tropicana/Galleria will cost N52 Billion. I had begged you to tow the line of former Governor U. J. Esuene and empower Akwa Ibom people through a Loan Board to review proposed projects and issue appropriate loans to enable the people to open their own businesses to reduce poverty.
