I want to take a minute to touch a bit on something not considered - TopicsExpress

I want to take a minute to touch a bit on something not considered as much in the fitness world: the mental & emotional benefits of exercise. Toni Sepulveda has been attending Camp Gladiator for a couple years now, and aside from being an age which most folks seem to consider “too old” for intense exercise (which is WRONG!!), she also spent a LONG time working with and in the armed forces, dedicating a large portion of her life to aiding the wonderful people therein. Although she never experienced live combat, she was diagnosed with PTSD not long after exiting her career with the military, and was a major setback for her in every aspect of life. Since joining CG…well, you can read about it below: “Today, I woke up feeling AMAZING…….From someone that cannot take that feeling for granted….Thank You!!!! Yes, I suffer from PTSD. Although I can document my physical transformation (dropping fat, gaining muscle, dropping cholesterol level, managing my blood sugar level, and on, and on) my successful recovery from PTSD is without a doubt, the most significant change. The person you met in February 2013 doesn’t exist. The panic attacks, depression, are a thing of the past. I have to thank you for that. And I also want to thank my fellow campers….who have been a big part of my recovery.” Above all else, I want to make sure everyone appreciates her journey. She’s now traveling all over the WORLD (as you can see, Holland, Spain, & Russia, among others…) spreading the CG Luv and, at an age which some would consider “advanced”, she’s feeling, looking, and moving better than she has in YEARS, and it’s not because of myself. Instead, it’s because of the incredible support system she has around her. It’s because of the #CGMovement and the family of #BELIEVERS she has around her. campGladiator #TransformationTuesday #JoinTheFamily #SpreadTheMovement #ShareTheLuv
