I want to take a second and put a spotlight of two people who have gone above and beyond anything they needed to. I know most of you know that I have struggled with various issues in my pregnancy and things have gotten a smudge more complicated as I now enter the last ten weeks. I was beyond struggling between the typical challenges of the real world, illnesses and baby on the way. I worried that we would have to take a hiatus from the show simply because I was killing myself trying to get things accomplished. Then came Karen Bittner and Windswept Haven. Karen took over running the show for me in early March and has done an amazing job juggling the judges and points, placements and posters. She has no rank such as admin or any requirement to do any of this. Instead, she saw that I was struggling and stepped up to help me out. I dont know what I would have done with out her and I want everyone to know just how much of an aid she has been this past month. Thank you - so very very much. Windswept has done our ribbons selflessly for the past several months. She has made sure ribbons are sent out and has kept up with addresses and more. I was unable to play any part in sending her results etc, and she still managed to overcome and send them out. I could not have done it with out her either. I want to thank all the judges who stepped up to keep us moving and to the members who shared the postive energy and support that I created this show to be founded on. Each and everyone of you are a perfect example of how friendship, and compassion goes a long way. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. -Christy Barringer.
