I want to take time to thank some people who have been a blessing and support to me in my life. I want to first thank my mother for always being there for me and giving me a place to lay my head when I needed it the most to work on myself to be a better person and man. I want to thank my family as a whole. I want to thank Subrina Dews Potter and my sister LaTonya Kidd Hannah for giving me a place to cry, talk crazy.. lol and express my emotions as they encouraged me. I want to thank Cathy Redden and Andre Nazario-Wingate for your support. I want to thank Timothy Stevens for always encouraging me with the Word of God. Coach Dave Barksdale and Bob Bolen for some great experiences in life. I want to thank Dustie Terry, Lisa Lycans and Barb Smith for always being on my back to do what was right. I heard you all, it sunk in believe me. I want to thank everyone over the years who have helped me with my AAU teams from the Beckley Elite days I would like to thank the Reedy family for all of you support, Donald Burton, Rasheeda Dickerson, Marcus and Beth Milam-Robinson for all that you have done, Timothy Smith, Mergie Bradley and family, the Moreland family, Greater Beckley Christian School for opening doors for us to practice. I want to thank the parents and friends for all their hard work when we helped the WV Miners during their baseball season. I want to thank our new Team Integrity family and all of the parents for your hard work and support. I want to thank Chance Potter and his mother for staying on me to develop a team. I want to thank Orlando and Subrina Potter and family, Wayne and Tracie Fisher for your support, Rachel Belcher, Elisha Marie Hunt and Brian Helton and Family as well as the rest of the Team Integrity family for your support and financial assistance to make it possible for us to take the team away for trips for great competition and a great learning experience to show them that there is more to life than doing things to destroy their opportunities. I want to thank any of my family and friends who have also supported us and prayed for us. It’s not about money, Brian Kidd, Brian Kidd Basketball or any other person. It is about building leaders from amongst our youth today, about the building of our Lord’s covenant and being true leaders. The late Dr. Myles Munroe said “Mentoring is the greatest and higher responsibility of leadership. Most leadership fails to mentor but we will not”. I want to thank last but not least Terryn Webb for her dedication and for all of her hard work for helping Team Integrity to be a success. You understand the vision that God has given us to work with the youth which is a very important task in this day and time. Even when there were times where I have felt overwhelmed and drained and wanted to quit you have been the backbone to keep me encouraged to keep going on. Through the good times and the bad you have stuck with me and I appreciate you more than you know. You are a great asset to me and Team Integrity and I thank you for your service as I look forward to many more years. If I have missed anyone I am truly sorry. Team Integrity it is
