I want to talk about the Mark of the Beast a little deeper as I understand it. There is a lot of talk and confusion about what that is , and what to expect. In order to figure out what to expect, a person has to study ALL the scriptures surrounding this. One of the things that helped me to arrive at the deduction, was to first understand What is the seal of the elect ? The seal of the elect is given to the believers of Christ Jesus. So it would make sense, that the mark of the beast, would be given to non believers, or more specifically those who will deny Christ. In numerology the numbers 666 are used to represent the Material world, and actions and thoughts that are of it. We are counselled as Christians to be in the world but not of it. Jesus himself said his kingdom is not of this world. This world is not his home, and it is not my home or other believers home either. The forehead is a symbol of the mind. In other words...the line of thinking....the faith, the belief and so on. All sinful actions, are first calculated in the mind, by the desire of the heart. This is not always obvious or conscious but the more you pay attention to it, the more you will see it as a reality. In my industry we study how the thoughts of the mind actually CREATE the feelings of the heart. The mind exists between the soul and the spirit. It is a programmable thing. You can program it to believe whatever you tell yourself. Tell yourself your ugly, eventually you will believe it. The symbol placed on the right hand, is no coincidence either. It is with the right hand, that in the material world, a person pledges alliance, allegiance. If you go into a court room even, you will be asked to raise your right hand before you give a TESTIMONY. In other words, the mark of the beast is person who loves, and pledges to the material world, and denies Christ as savior. There is but one way to the father, and that is through Christ. There has been much talk of RFID chips, and scans and so on and so forth. I believe these are just misunderstandings of the scripture. But I do not take this scripture to be literal, but rather symbolic.
