I want to tell yall about a young man that catches for your team, last night there was a play at the plate that he was no close to being ready for, it was a force out and he was no where close to the plate. The ball was thrown to him and he swung his arm around for the tag, the ump called the guy out and we started coming off the field, game was still tied. He told the ump that he missed the tag, and we went back on the field, now by the score we lost the game, however in my eyes, WE WON. That is the second time this year he has done that and been honest about a call. Now I really want to take all the credit for his action (lol), but his parents who are true baseball parents deserve all the credit for raising honest God fearing kids. This is what SOX baseball is all about baby, we win or loss with pride, we play the game like real men.
