I want to thank BVG for believing in us as a community, for believing in us as people and doing all they can to save Yoville from Zynga and a certain scrap heap. They have worked hard on our behalf in talks to take control of the game and have in such a short space of time managed to get the game up and running. I am appreciative that we still have the game to play and I believe it will grow and become the great game it originally was with Big Viking Games. I appreciate not loosing my coins, cash and inventory which starts us all off with a flying start, it has saved things like my memorial house built in memory of my daughter, which my friends spent yocash on to help me build. I appreciate that the friendships I made during my time on Yoville can continue and new friendships have the potential to be made. I think they have done marvelous, all the accounts to migrate the sheer volume alone would be vast, adding all new code and script to the game, updates and fixes (code is a series of digits and symbols each one plays a part and just one wrong can cause hours of work to find) They have done all this for us, and they could have taken their own time, but they didnt they tried and worked hard to ensure we got our game back as soon as possible. Now of course people are complaining, your homes being empty (but things are in your inventory) this is Zyngas fault, for not backing up the game properly, they basically dropped us all for at least 12 months, no customer care, no customer service, we had Halloween cancelled for no reason at the time but you can see now why! The game is going to be managed better, we are kept informed, in the loop, they have gotten events up and running and they are implementing new ways to stop hacking and this is just the start. There is a phrase I wish you enough well as an appreciative member of this community, I am thankful and grateful and I have enough and I look forward to it unfolding day by day, there will be little gremlins along the way, but we know about them and they are getting fixed and I believe the golden age of Yoville now Yoworld is to come. So to those grumbling and not happy and complaining, we fought side by side, generating a campaign that was lets face it, pretty huge to save something we all believed in so dont give up on it now, be thankful for what we do have and look forward to what is to come.
