I want to thank Bethany for putting a friend in touch with me today. Someone she knew found 2 Great Danes and called her, in turn getting in touch with me. I went right up there because I knew who they were. First question I ask was what color. Both black with white, one with a white muzzle. Second question, where are they located. It was Astro and Sheldon!!! I knew soon as I heard what they looked like and where they lived. I first went and got their owners and away we went to bring them home. They had gotten about 2 miles our distance, about a mile theirs! The family went for a hike, and our dear Astro knows how to open the door!!! He really does!! They will now put some type of latch system on there, on the OUTSIDE, to keep him in there. Sheldon followed him. When I first arrived no one was home, but they soon pulled in and there I sat. Boy was they in shock! They were in the house when they left!!! We loaded Astro up in his dads vehicle, and Sheldon went in mine. I had to shuffle some things around, but we got him in. His head kept hitting the roof so he had to lay down. If it wasnt so cold I would have opened the sunroof!! My Subaru had a Great Dane in it! While we waited to pull out I got some good kisses, (bad shot at selfies, lol) and pics of this big boy in my backseat. I want to thank Charlie for getting them and keeping them safe, and Bethany for calling me! I told Astro next time he wants to see me to have them call me and Ill come to see him!!! :) WELCOME HOME ASTRO AND SHELDON!!!
