I want to thank all of my friends and family who have been lifting me up in prayer these past few days. Many of you sent me private messages or called me to encourage me and send me live and warm wishes. I cant tell you how much those messages of support have meant to me. I can say that despite another bit of sad news about a beloved member of my family being diagnosed with cancer yesterday, I am coming through my darkness and PTSD. Those of us who suffer from this condition know it cant be rushed. One does not simply will themselves better. But with love and support from friends, shipmates, battle buddies, and family, we can overcome the pain and chase away the darkness. Thank you all! I love you.
