I want to thank all of our guests this weekend. Everyone had a great time interacting w Leila Louie & Rousey. I also want to explain to the several groups which scheduled appts this weekend & decided to not show or call or text me at their tour time to reschedule. I get up at sun up to prepare for tours. I have volunteers come out to help clean & guide tours. I can only offer a limited number of tours each day. When you no show or cancel last minute you took a time when several others would have loved to meet our ambassadors & helped SV. You not only cost our time you cost us the donations we would have made. I run a not for profit educational wildlife facility caring for 75 animals by myself. Please dont be disrespectful by not showing for your appt or canceling last minute giving me no opportunity to fill your spot. If you think Im going to be happy to reschedule you. I wont. Sorry Im human.
